ABOUT THE ARTIST
Thanks for stopping by! My name is Daniel Paul Lonchena my family and I live on the outskirts of Evans City. I have a great wife and two kids, both boys that always keeps life interesting. I'm a fulltime portrait and headshot photographer based in Butler County PA. I have been a member of the Professional Photographers of America for 7 years now and am working on achieving a few degrees through the organization like... CPP (Certified Professional Photographer) which means that I have demonstrated a high level of artistic and technical competence. I am currently working towards M.Artist. (Master Artist) which is awarded to photographers that demonstrate superior photographic skills. I love continuing my education to push the boundaries of my skills. Now that we got that out of the way...
If you're here, you probably want to know something about me. So here you go...
- What makes me tick: I love to dream big either future trips with the family or plans for the business.
- My dream car: We have a Jeep Wrangler already, and I would like to get a good truck maybe a Toyota Tundra. My dream car though is a 1971 Barracuda.
- My food vice: There is a place in Ohio called White House Fruit Farms. They have the best donuts.
- What terrifies me: I hate snakes. I can’t stand them don’t know why exactly.
- My favorite vacation spot: This is a tough one. Growing up we never did vacations. We did go to Disney once and We did take our kids there. I love the beach like the OBX. I did go to Italy one and loved it. I would love to go back.
- What I love to photograph: I love to create images for high school seniors. Creating sessions around their hobbies or interest is always fun.
- My quirks: My mind sometimes runs a million miles an hour and in so many different directions and I get lost in what I was saying.
- My favorite quotes: "The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing." -Walt Disney. “Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.” – Thomas Edison
- What's on my bucket list: Taking the family to Alaska and seeing the northern lights.
- What drives me batty: Negative attitudes or someone saying it can’t be done without even trying.
- What makes my day: When I am with my boys and one of them does or says something so silly you can’t help but laugh. After that all problems or worries seem to fade.
